I’ve had an amazing experience with BEAM storage so far. They have been a life saver! I need to rave about them! Of course, every business has their own room for improvement, but BEAM has solved my exact life problem. I’m super thankful. I have been using BEAM for close to 8 months now, while trying to juggle a complicated country move that involved a few local moves as well. Trying to juggle each house move while shipping my things abroad and keeping up with real life has been a real mental drain. BEAM has given me an option to reduce this mental load with my belongings. It’s so straightforward! Just put the things in boxes, or put odd items aside, schedule a pick up and it’s done. I love the app - the gallery format of viewing my items in storage had been so helpful when I moved into temporary locations and only needed a few things from storage. Customer service has also been a really good experience for me. First with Pamela, then Sherlyn and of course the unsung heroes- the guys that come to pick up the goods. I’m impressed at their professionalism and customer orientation. On top of that, I have found the rates competitive and affordable which is so important too. Money well spent for the brain power and energy and time I saved. I have been recommending BEAM to all my friends. Of course no business is perfect and has there been some kinks here and there? Let’s be real-> Yes of course, BUTTTT there hasn’t been any significant issue that impeded the real problem I needed to solve, and I always found the team rise up to the occasion. I am half way through using this service for the second time. It’s brilliant Super smooth WhatsApp conversations to answer questions The app to check details and make bookings And the team then up and load up all your boxes without any hassle. Really smooth Also very affordable for my requirements. I had 13 boxes to store. Very good

From my experience, service was incredible with the agents responding quickly and professionally. The drop offs were especially easy to schedule, with them being open to changes and such.

Pretty good customer service, while the app is a bit basic it allows you to self serve and select delivery times. Contacting them for help is also fairly easy and the prices they give are reasonable compared to other vendors. I have used them for moving services both personal and commercial, pick up services to my storage unit and long term storage. All experiences have been pleasant and easy to work with.

I'm very pleased with their service. They always replied quick and in a very kind and welcoming way which I appreciate a lot. I felt like my luggage was safe with them and they made sure I'd feel comfortable. Easy pick up as well as delivery. Affordable place to leave your luggage for an extended amount of time without having to deal with much yourself. Would recommend this option to anyone who has to leave some stuff behind for easier traveling. Thank you for the great service!

We stored our surfboard baggage with Beamspace for two weeks and had a great experience. I manually selected the pickup location (Terminal 4 at Changi Airport) and time slot via the app, and they were perfectly on time—both for pickup and delivery. Joan from the support team was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a relatively fuss-free experience with BEAM Storage recently, utilising their space between late May till late June 2022. The pick-up and drop off services were fast and efficient, billing was clear and transparent. If there would be any improvement that could be made, it would be their estimation of the storage space required. I sent my photos of the items to be packed and was advised and quoted for a 200 sqft space and 2 lorry trips using a 14 ft lorry. On the day of the transport, all my items were packed nicely into a 14 ft lorry in a single trip, I figured the actual storage space was much less than 14x7x7 cubic ft, or less than that for the 100 sqft quotable space (10x10x6 cubit ft). Would be great if they would charge for the storage we used instead of the quoted amount. Would I recommend their services? For fast and efficient packing and storage? Definitely!
