It’s super convenient because they pick up all your items for you and log each box on the app so you can get them to deliver specific boxes back to you later on, if needed.Delivery team is also very professional and take a lot of care to handle your items well, and customer service responds super quickly. Used Beam for temporary luggage storage while travelling . Good communication from the team and Manu on whatsappThe delivery / drop off fees are high but still cheaper than using a luggage locker for 2 weeks. They were accommodating on delivery times within reason. Thank you Beam

I’ve had an amazing experience with BEAM storage so far. They have been a life saver! I need to rave about them! Of course, every business has their own room for improvement, but BEAM has solved my exact life problem. I’m super thankful.I have been using BEAM for close to 8 months now, while trying to juggle a complicated country move that involved a few local moves as well. Trying to juggle each house move while shipping my things abroad and keeping up with real life has been a real mental drain.BEAM has given me an option to reduce this mental load with my belongings. It’s so straightforward! Just put the things in boxes, or put odd items aside, schedule a pick up and it’s done. I love the app - the gallery format of viewing my items in storage had been so helpful when I moved into temporary locations and only needed a few things from storage.Customer service has also been a really good experience for me. First with Pamela, then Sherlyn and of course the unsung heroes- the guys that come to pick up the goods. I’m impressed at their professionalism and customer orientation. On top of that, I have found the rates competitive and affordable which is so important too. Money well spent for the brain power and energy and time I saved.I have been recommending BEAM to all my friends. Of course no business is perfect and has there been some kinks here and there? I manually selected the pickup location (Terminal 4 at Changi Airport) and time slot via the app, and they were perfectly on time—both for pickup and delivery. Do I need a deposit?

No, you don't! At BEAM Space, we make storage simple and flexible. There are no upfront deposits and no long-term commitments. You only pay for what you store, and billing is handled automatically on a monthly basis through your saved payment information on your customer account.

Is there a minimum storage period?

No minimum period applies. Whether you need storage for a few days or several months, BEAM Space adapts to your schedule. Storage fees are billed monthly at the end of each cycle. For instance, if you store your luggage on 15 January and check it out on 30 January, a one-month storage fee will be charged on 15 February.

How do I manage my items?

Managing your storage is easy with BEAM Space. Log in to your account to view your stored items, schedule a collection or delivery, and download invoices, all in one place. You can also download the BEAM Space app for free on Android or iOS to access your storage on the go.

Is insurance included?

Yes, insurance is included with your plan. With Storage by Item, we offer coverage of up to $100 per box or item. Our Storage by Space plans have coverage of up to $500 per storage space.

While we don't recommend storing highly valuable items, you're welcome to do so at your own discretion. Please inform us beforehand if you plan to store such items, we can assist you in arranging additional insurance, or you may secure extra coverage through your own provider.
