AMAZING customer service! Had an issue with 1 product being packed into another packaging so they had to ‘fish’ that product out and sent it over in a couple days time because we were in a hurry as well. Joan helped us so well through the process and for them to go as far to unpack 1 big box and get that 1 thing out (because it was an emergency matter) and sent it out to us so fast, was customer service at its best! Price getting it to us was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend them as the whole process went so smooth and fully according to instructions. 11 out of 10!

I can’t recommend Beam Space enough! I stored my belongings with Beam Space before my trip, but accidentally left my passport inside my storage unit. I only realized it when I was about to head to the airport, and it was an extremely urgent situation. Even though it was his day off, the manager, Ian, immediately came over to help me. Thanks to his quick response, I was able to retrieve my passport and make my flight. I was truly touched by his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. This experience also showed me how secure and trustworthy Beam Space is. I left my suitcase here while travelling to Indonesia. It was super cheap, and the communication via WhatsApp was amazing! All requests and follow-ups were immediately answered. Pickup and drop-off worked seamlessly. Would definitely recommend Beam Space!

Affordable storage, just had some hiccups in pick-up (somehow the email and the website had different time slots, my landlady was very angry after waiting 2 hours for nothing, and I ended up paying her $300 to appease her) and collection (clicked Select All and didn't realise that only the items on one page were selected, so left 22 items and will be charged another month for them, which I was trying to avoid); also they were short-staffed and booked a Lalamove driver, who charged me $10 more saying they booked the wrong sized van, 1.7m instead of 2.4m! And I am being charged $35 per delivery trip already! Really frustrating. Plus the delivery was late beyond the time slot booked, so my baby and I spent over 2 hours waiting at our dusty unfinished flat, and we were late to pick up my other two kids. I could have spent those 2 hours doing other important things! Update: Prompt, understanding and generous response from the CEO of Beam Space, waiving the fees for extra storage and transport due to my human error in my sleep-deprived solo parenting mode. Super impressed with response time, attitude of accountability and attention to customer service. Would definitely recommend Beam Space to anyone needing storage from an understanding and flexible company with unbeatable rates, particularly for bulky/odd-shaped items.

Smooth experience, they meet expectations with regards to handling and care and provide all services claimed. Extra points for accessible customer service, and customer-friendly practices such as emailing to solicit cancellation when services are discharged. I was also assisted with the pick up and drop off with a complimentary door to door service by the delivery partner. Will definitely use this again when needed.

I used beam's service when i was away for a few months and moved to a new place. The team was very accommodating and professional. The moving process was seamless and efficient and you can view the items you currently store with them through their app. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has storage needs!

10/10 service would use it again :) I needed a 3 week storage whilst I was changing houses and the team was super helpful. BEAM was the best offer I found out of all the temporary storage and the fee was very affordable (cheaper than having done 2 lalamoves from my previous house to a friends house to my new house). Definitely would use their services in the future!!!

This company is the absolute best on storage in Singapore right now I struggled to find something that fits my needs as i travel on and off Singapore and sometimes on a short notice as i don't plan too much in advance and prefer to be flexible BEAM was my choice and i never regretted that as they were always professional, quick, responsive and no BS.

Do I need a deposit?

No, you don't! At BEAM Space, we make storage simple and flexible. There are no upfront deposits and no long-term commitments. You only pay for what you store, and billing is handled automatically on a monthly basis through your saved payment information on your customer account.

Is there a minimum storage period?

No minimum period applies. Whether you need storage for a few days or several months, BEAM Space adapts to your schedule. Storage fees are billed monthly at the end of each cycle. For instance, if you store your luggage on 15 January and check it out on 30 January, a one-month storage fee will be charged on 15 February.

How do I manage my items?

Managing your storage is easy with BEAM Space. Log in to your account to view your stored items, schedule a collection or delivery, and download invoices, all in one place. You can also download the BEAM Space app for free on Android or iOS to access your storage on the go.

Is insurance included?

Yes, insurance is included with your plan. With Storage by Item, we offer coverage of up to $100 per box or item. Our Storage by Space plans have coverage of up to $500 per storage space.

While we don't recommend storing highly valuable items, you're welcome to do so at your own discretion. Please inform us beforehand if you plan to store such items, we can assist you in arranging additional insurance, or you may secure extra coverage through your own provider.
