I have contacted BEAM to transfer my stuff out from a bad storage facility and stored with them for over a month. The entire journey was highly positive. 1. The BEAM team arrived to pick up my items from the [redacted]'s storage facility for transport to their own warehouse. BEAM's team came with a van and all the necessary tools (wraps, trolleys, tapes, etc.). Items were tagged on the spot with QR code and uploaded into their records. Really professional and hassle-free for me. 2. After my items arrived at their storage facility, photos of the items were taken and appeared in my account for viewing and verification. A pleasant surprise was that they even secured some of the loose items with shrink wrap and tapes. 3. I noticed that one of my packing bags was torn (I used a thin plastic bag for that one). Through the online BEAM support chat, I was able to quickly arrange for the items in that bag to be packed into an appropriately-sized BEAM cardboard box for a small fee. After the repacking was done, a new photo of the box and contents appeared on the account. All it required from me was a short and pleasant chat with the online support team to arrange this :) 4. When I finally got to ship the stuff back home, the entire process was arranged via a calendar booking system on the website. The online support team was very efficient in coordinating the closure of the storage box upon the successful receipt of all my stored items at my address. 5. The BEAM delivery team arrived on time with all my items, and I was pleasantly surprised to find no damage anywhere. My microwave oven was even labelled "Fragile" and the delivery team checked with me on where I would like to place it (kitchen counter, etc.). 6. After the receipt, the BEAM support team double-checked with me on the closure of the account. And just like this, the entire experience ended on a really pleasant note. Personally, I regretted not having chosen BEAM instead of [redacted] at the beginning. It would have saved me so much money and even more time and energy. Instead of having to call, being put on hold and given endless excuses by [redacted], BEAM's online chat support have always provided prompt and friendly assistance during their operating hours. Everything can be done with a few clicks via the dashboard in the client account. Highly recommended!
