If you need excellent storage service, Beam has got it! I have placed my stuff there the last 3 years and finally collected everything back today. They will keep adjusting the size of your storage and charge you accordingly to save money for you. The van pickup service is very affordable and is also easy to book on the app. So, you can have your stuff picked up and stored away into the warehouse or picked up from the warehouse and send back to your home at any time. Some people might prefer to pick the stuff up themselves there, which is also possible (with no fee, if I remember correctly). Unlike many other companies, the girls are always on the ball in the live chat, with almost no response time, answering your queries. I just don't know how to thank you, Sherlyn! Btw, they didn't ask me to review or write this, if you ever wonder...
Affordable storage, just had some hiccups in pick-up (somehow the email and the website had different time slots, my landlady was very angry after waiting 2 hours for nothing, and I ended up paying her $300 to appease her) and collection (clicked Select All and didn't realise that only the items on one page were selected, so left 22 items and will be charged another month for them, which I was trying to avoid); also they were short-staffed and booked a Lalamove driver, who charged me $10 more saying they booked the wrong sized van, 1.7m instead of 2.4m! And I am being charged $35 per delivery trip already! Really frustrating. Plus the delivery was late beyond the time slot booked, so my baby and I spent over 2 hours waiting at our dusty unfinished flat, and we were late to pick up my other two kids. I could have spent those 2 hours doing other important things! Update: Prompt, understanding and generous response from the CEO of Beam Space, waiving the fees for extra storage and transport due to my human error in my sleep-deprived solo parenting mode. Super impressed with response time, attitude of accountability and attention to customer service. Would definitely recommend Beam Space to anyone needing storage from an understanding and flexible company with unbeatable rates, particularly for bulky/odd-shaped items.
My experience with BEAM team has been amazing. The team picked up my stuff on time. Staffs are very nice and handled every single item with care. I have always been very worried about using locker storage but BEAM also provided the record of photos of each item in their app. So i felt quite at ease. Items were delivered back without any damages or scratch at all. Will definitely use again and highly recommended!
We relocated out of Singapore and have been using the Beam storage for 2 years now. The model and pricing are super simple, hassle free, unlike all the other storage companies in SG where they do promotions for 1 or 3 months for a one year contract etc. But since rent went up crazily in SG, our 15sqft space went up from SGD55 to now 70 a month. We swing by SG once a year to get a few boxes. We felt that it was better than shipping the 14-15 boxes to Europe which would cost over SGD4000 and there might be risk of loss, import documentations, tax etc.

Very good storage service with reasonable prices and helpful staff. Its also not expensive to have your items picked up or dropped off. Just make sure you book well in advance (a week if possible). I wanted my item returned to me on a friday before i left on a tuesday and had to make the long trip by taxi to the remote industrial storage facility to pick it up because bringing to me wasnt possible before i left. So booking in advance is very important!. Otherwise its a very handy and affordable storage service.
