AMAZING customer service! Had an issue with 1 product being packed into another packaging so they had to ‘fish’ that product out and sent it over in a couple days time because we were in a hurry as well. Joan helped us so well through the process and for them to go as far to unpack 1 big box and get that 1 thing out (because it was an emergency matter) and sent it out to us so fast, was customer service at its best! Price getting it to us was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend them as the whole process went so smooth and fully according to instructions. 11 out of 10!

I can’t recommend Beam Space enough! I stored my belongings with Beam Space before my trip, but accidentally left my passport inside my storage unit. I only realized it when I was about to head to the airport, and it was an extremely urgent situation. Even though it was his day off, the manager, Ian, immediately came over to help me. Thanks to his quick response, I was able to retrieve my passport and make my flight. I was truly touched by his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. This experience also showed me how secure and trustworthy Beam Space is. If you’re looking for a storage company that is not only secure but also backed by people who genuinely care about their customers, Beam Space is the one. I’ve had an amazing experience with BEAM storage so far. They have been a life saver! I need to rave about them! Of course, every business has their own room for improvement, but BEAM has solved my exact life problem. I’m super thankful. I have been using BEAM for close to 8 months now, while trying to juggle a complicated country move that involved a few local moves as well. Trying to juggle each house move while shipping my things abroad and keeping up with real life has been a real mental drain. BEAM has given me an option to reduce this mental load with my belongings. It’s so straightforward! Just put the things in boxes, or put odd items aside, schedule a pick up and it’s done. I love the app - the gallery format of viewing my items in storage had been so helpful when I moved into temporary locations and only needed a few things from storage. Customer service has also been a really good experience for me. First with Pamela, then Sherlyn and of course the unsung heroes- the guys that come to pick up the goods. I’m impressed at their professionalism and customer orientation. On top of that, I have found the rates competitive and affordable which is so important too. Money well spent for the brain power and energy and time I saved. I have been recommending BEAM to all my friends. Of course no business is perfect and has there been some kinks here and there? Let’s be real-> Yes of course, BUTTTT there hasn’t been any significant issue that impeded the real problem I needed to solve, and I always found the team rise up to the occasion. Affordable storage, just had some hiccups in pick-up (somehow the email and the website had different time slots, my landlady was very angry after waiting 2 hours for nothing, and I ended up paying her $300 to appease her) and collection (clicked Select All and didn't realise that only the items on one page were selected, so left 22 items and will be charged another month for them, which I was trying to avoid); also they were short-staffed and booked a Lalamove driver, who charged me $10 more saying they booked the wrong sized van, 1.7m instead of 2.4m! And I am being charged $35 per delivery trip already! Really frustrating. Plus the delivery was late beyond the time slot booked, so my baby and I spent over 2 hours waiting at our dusty unfinished flat, and we were late to pick up my other two kids. I could have spent those 2 hours doing other important things! Update: Prompt, understanding and generous response from the CEO of Beam Space, waiving the fees for extra storage and transport due to my human error in my sleep-deprived solo parenting mode. Super impressed with response time, attitude of accountability and attention to customer service. Would definitely recommend Beam Space to anyone needing storage from an understanding and flexible company with unbeatable rates, particularly for bulky/odd-shaped items.
