How to prepare a bike and sports gear for storage

In the Malaysian climate, keeping moisture off metal is the priority.

  • Clean and dry the frame, wipe the chain and apply a light coat of lube to guard against rust
  • Leave tyres partly inflated rather than flat or fully pumped
  • Remove bottles, lights and quick-release accessories and bag them together
  • Fully dry any water sports gear before collection so it does not develop mould
  • Wipe down golf clubs and store them in their bag

With our dehumidified facility and a quick clean-down, your gear comes back ready to use.
