Between moves, renovations or a stint overseas, large appliances and electronics are the hardest things to store — heavy, delicate, and unhappy in damp conditions. BEAM Space collects them from your door and stores them safely, so a spare fridge or a boxed-up TV is not taking over your hallway.
You pay per item, and for humidity-sensitive electronics you can add air-conditioned storage as an upgrade.

Standard storage is ventilated and secure. For electronics and anything humidity-sensitive, air-conditioned (climate-controlled) storage is available as a premium upgrade at a higher rate.
How to prepare appliances and electronics for storage
A little preparation prevents the two things that damage stored appliances: trapped moisture and knocks in transit.
- Defrost and dry fridges and freezers fully at least 24 hours ahead — any leftover moisture will smell and grow mould in storage
- Run washing machines empty on a short cycle, then leave the door open to dry out the drum and seals before collection
- Coil and secure power cords, and tape doors and lids shut so they do not swing in transit
- Back up data, then store electronics in their original boxes where possible, or wrap them and keep them upright
- For TVs and monitors, use the original box or a padded cover and never lay flat panels face-down
